SUNNI u allowed to put perfumes and strong deodorant while fasting?

YES. You're allowed.





But, I don't choose to put on perfume when I'm going out on a regular day. If there is some sort of special occasion then yes. xD





As for deodorant... I'd be scared if there is somebody who doesn't put it on O_o.SUNNI u allowed to put perfumes and strong deodorant while fasting?
According to one Hadith of Rasoolallah, wearing strong perfume and drawing attention of men, is haram to the extent like they want to have sex with men that are not related to woman in any way.





Wearing such perfume by women may nullify fasting.





My advise to my Muslim sisters would be not to wear perfume when they leave home and go out in public or to work where men will be near her.SUNNI u allowed to put perfumes and strong deodorant while fasting?

@sofia: i believe that you are not allowed to put on a huge amount of perfume that will affect your sensors (ie the brain etc) ie it must be alot/strong enough to evoke a response in your body, otherwise it is ok. not sure how correct it is though..still trying to find the information :)
If this q is targeted for women then here is my answer- first off I believe odor preventing deodorant is ESSENTIAL for a Muslimah when she's going out in public for obvious reasons :P one of which is that u don't want to be giving a non-Muslim the wrong impression of how a Muslimah deals with personal hygiene (pheeewww)..in regards to perfume, I would say that inside your home it's appropriate esp putting some on before Salatul-Jum'ah Insha'Allah..but it's a BIG NO-NO for wearing it outside the house, it can create a lot of unnecessary fitnah..and Allah Knows best...peace and Ramadhan Kareem :)

It's haram to go outside of your house with perfume on, whether your fasting or not.
yes its allowed because youre not putting it in your mouth,nose,ears,or eyes-which all connect to your stomach.
women can wear perfume but it just can't be strong too strong so it doesnt attract someone
